Nuria de Castilla at Yale

Nuria de Castilla, Pro­fessor at the École Pra­tique des Hautes Études, Paris, will deliver a lecture on her work on copies of the Qur’an between North Africa and the Iberian Peninsula. She is a spe­cialist in Cod­i­cology of Arabic Man­u­scripts, Aljamiado lit­er­a­tures, and morisco culture in the Early Modern Period.

Her inter­vention will also high­light the starting point of Iberian Con­nec­tions at Yale University.
